The GLD team obtains copies of your paper contracts, scans them into a .pdf file, and uploads them into the database, never to be lost or misplaced again. Since GLD is a secure, web-based solution, you can access your electronically stored contracts 24/7 from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
Step 2: CONTRACT SUMMARIES
The GLD team consults with you to establish tracking catagories for all contracts to ensure that the contract summaries developed will be highly beneficial for your organization. Catagories include:
